Southwest Florida is booming with new subdivisions and communities and the Massachusetts-based national developer Corbelis has announced its expansion into our community.Corbelis

Corblis is the developer of the award-winning community in Virginia known as Willowsford, a beautiful rolling landscaped community in Loudoun County that offers several distinct neighborhoods, a variety of lodges and clubhouses, and homes by a of America’s top homebuilders.

We’re excited to announce their interest in Southwest Florida and specifically the Estero area. Initially their immediate focus will be the development of the Fort Myers community formerly known as Waterford Landing. The new community, named Lindsford, will feature over 600 acres along Bonita Beach Road currently in its planning phase. This community will feature over 900 homes and world-class amenities such as hiking and biking trails, lakes and community centers, fitness and meeting spaces, resort style pool, playground, bocce courts and tennis courts.
